Since 2019, the North Newmarket Lions Club has proudly hosted the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides. As Lions, we are deeply passionate about supporting Dog Guides and understand the life-changing impact they have for Canadians living with medical and physical disabilities. Since 1985, our club has sponsored more than 20 Dog Guides—an achievement we are truly proud of and grateful to support.

Join us at George Richardson Park on Saturday, September 26, for the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., opening ceremonies start at 10:45 a.m., and the walk begins at 11:00 a.m. Please meet at the middle parking lot near the soccer field at the south end of the park. This lot will be closed for the event. Hot dogs and water will be served afterward. Come out and help us raise funds for the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides, supporting life-changing Dog Guides for Canadians in need.
