Why do I raise funds?
Wednesday 24th Apr The Walk for Dog Guides is an event that is near and dear to my heart. When I had my first hearing ear dog guide from LFCDG, I was shocked to find out that they don't receive funds from any level of government. Most of the funds they receive is through this yearly fundraising event that's organized in many cities across Canada. It costs LFCDG $35,000 to breed, raise, train and place just one of their dogs who will assist a person with disabilities. The other amazing this about LFCDG is that they train 7 type of service dogs!Thank you to my Sponsors
