This May, help Boots “walk across Canada” to give more Canadians a new lease on life!
From guiding their handlers through their daily lives to getting help when it's needed most, Dog Guides play a crucial role in the lives of Canadians with disabilities. By supporting me with a donation to the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides, you are enabling Lions Foundation to fulfill their mission to empower Canadians with disabilities to navigate their world with confidence and independence by providing Dog Guides at no cost to them and supporting each pair in their journey together.

What’s happeningThursday 11th May Boots loves his walks around Henderson Lake Park. He loves high-fiving people on their walks. He loves climbing on the trees on the east end. Yesterday as he approached his tree playground, the sprinkler system was on and he didn’t understand what was going on. He cried, yelled, and just stood there in disbelief. He’s a cutie. Share
ReconnectedSunday 19th Mar A very pleasant surprise has resulted from a donation. A donation came in from a friend we hadn’t seen in-person for a few years. We reconnected and went for a walk, with our fur friends. It’s always great to receive unexpected benefits from life choices. Great to catch up Sue and Zoey. Share
Training day at Henderson Lake ParkThursday 16th Mar Boots walked around the lake today and it only took him 2 hours. He likes to visit with people and climb trees. Share
