Hi everyone, 

My name is Mariève and this is my Diabetes Alert Dog, Domino. In September of 2023, Domino and I were matched by the Lions Foundation of Canada and have been inseparable ever since. This may, we will take part in the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides, together for the third time as a team. By walking, we hope to bring awareness to diabetes alert dogs, but also to the 7 different programs that exist at the LFCDG. We wish to raise money so the Lions Foundation of Canada can keep perfectly matching Dog guides to Canadians with disabilities all across the country. Bonjour tout le monde, 

Je m’appelle Mariève et voici mon chien d’alerte pour personne diabétique, Domino. En septembre 2023, Domino et moi avons été jumelés par la Fondation des Lions du Canada et sommes inséparables depuis ce temps. En mai, nous participerons à la marche Pet Valu pour Chiens Guides pour la troisième fois en tant qu’équipe. En marchant, nous espérons sensibiliser les gens aux chiens d’alerte pour personnes diabétiques, mais aussi aux sept différents programmes qui existent à la LFCDG. Nous souhaitons collecter des dons afin que la Fondation des Lions du Canada puisse continuer à jumeler parfaitement des chiens guides aux Canadiens dans le besoin.
