This year, my team and I will be part of the Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides because we believe in something simple but powerful: everyone deserves the chance to live a full, independent, and joyful life.
For so many Canadians facing physical, medical, or cognitive challenges, a Dog Guide isn’t just a companion—it’s a lifeline. These incredible dogs open doors to confidence, mobility, safety, and connection. They help people participate in society with dignity, freedom, and the ability to thrive.
We’re fundraising because the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides provides these life‑changing dogs at no cost to those who need them. That kind of support transforms lives, and we want to be part of making that possible.
