Join us May 31st!
Monday 23rd FebThis year, our family is doing the Walk for Dog Guides on May 31st. And this year is extra special because we’ll be walking with my son’s own Autism Assistance Dog.
We’ve been puppy sitters for the past few years and have seen the difference these amazing dogs make in the lives of people with disabilities, including Nate. We’ve seen his autistic anxiety decrease significantly when he’s got a Dog Guide with him, enabling him to conquer the world and fully participate in the things his peers are more easily able to access. Things like birthday parties, haircuts, and resting after a busy day are so much better for Nate when he has a Dog Guide with him.
So join us! Join our team and walk on May 31 or donate and support our walk. Help Dog Guides provide even more life changing service dogs for Canadians with disabilities.
