Wednesday 20th May Did you know:Guide dogs can sense an upcoming seizure in their owners, allowing time to find a safe place on the floor.
They can also sense sugar highs or lows for their diabetic owners and are trained to retrieve emergency kits.
In Canada, it costs $35 000 to raise and train one guide dog.
Being a volunteer trainer of a guide dog is a huge commitment. These dogs need to be perfectly trained for their assignment which can take up to three years.

Wednesday 20th May Hi friends. Did you know that Guide Dogs are used for people with epilepsy and diabetes? The dogs can sense an episode is about to happen, warning their owners. During the episode, the dog ensures their owner is safe and can retrieve medicine, sugar tablets, etc.T

Port Perry Fundraiser for Guide Dogs
Tuesday 19th May Hi Facebook family and friends.I have signed up for Pet Value's Walk for Guide Dogs. The walk takes place on Sunday, May 31st.
